COVID-19 Shipping Update:
In some instances, estimated shipping dates cannot be guaranteed due to unusually higher than normal traffic during the COVID-19 pandemic. Please bear in mind that our shipping estimates are based on timelines provided by the United States Postal Service and do not account for any unforeseen delays caused by the courier.
Payment & Shipping Options:
- Complimentary Shipping is USPS First Class Mail within the U.S. only. All orders are sent with tracking and no signature required upon delivery.
- Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped from our warehouse within 2-5 business days (USPS First Class Mail) and 1-3 business days (USPS Priority or UPS). There is a $9 flat-rate for 2-day Priority Shipping to all U.S. locations. Please keep in mind processing times when estimating delivery dates.
- We will process orders placed on Saturday, Sunday & public holidays on the following business day pending credit card authorization, verification and availability.

- All major credit Credit Cards and PayPal are accepted.
- Please ensure your shipping location is secure as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
All orders are carefully inspected before shipping to ensure quality and accuracy of the goods. If there are any errors that we made on your order, please contact us. You will need to have the order number and details of the items you would like to return
- ALL RING ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. Please ensure you order the correct size.
- Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. All original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Damaged items must be returned/postmarked within 3 days of receiving your order and please include a copy of the invoice for processing. We will reimburse the return shipping costs for damaged pieces. All items that are being returned must include the original Misayo House protective packaging. We will not be held liable for items that are lost or damaged due to unsecured packaging. Important: Some items consist of several parts or pieces. In order to receive a credit or a replacement, the entire item must be returned.

We will refund the paid amount for the item(s) within 7 business days upon receipt of the package. Please be advised that we do not accept any items that have been worn, altered, or returned passed the 7-day return period. Remember to include your original invoice and use the protective Misayo House packaging.
We cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages, as all orders are shipped with proof of receipt and a tracking number. Please be sure to provide a safe and accurate shipping address to ensure that your order arrives safely.
Your jewelry must be handled with care. All of our pieces are plated with double the US standard to ensure exquisite quality and lengthy lifespan; however all jewelry (including precious metals) will tarnish over time, so we recommend you try to avoid liquids and perfume prevent possible tarnishing. .925 silver can be polished with a sterling silver cleaning cloth.
